These terms describe your use of GoQavah's services. You must meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements, provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in details. Contact [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
You decide whether to enable Coaching & planning, Photo analysis and Spoken replies. You can review the choices during onboarding and change them later in Profile → Privacy & consent.
Photo analysis and spoken replies are additional preferences within coaching and planning. Turning coaching and planning off also turns those preferences off. You can continue with manual food and workout logging without enabling these optional features.
Accepting these terms or purchasing Premium does not switch these preferences on. The Privacy Policy explains the information used and how your preferences are handled.
GoQavah supports food and activity tracking; it is not a medical, diagnostic or emergency service. Calorie estimates, image analysis, coaching responses, exercise suggestions and estimated prices can be incomplete or inaccurate.
Check food labels, allergens, exercise suitability and actual prices before relying on a suggestion. Seek qualified advice where your health or circumstances require it. You remain in control of whether to act on a suggestion or save a proposed change.
Free: everyday logging, with Limited usage of the optional features offered with the Free plan.
Premium: eligible coaching, photo analysis, spoken replies, planning and basket features are Included with Premium, subject to your preferences and the product information shown before purchase. Daily Briefing — Included with Premium, generated or refreshed daily when enabled and available.
Premium feature allowances refresh daily. GoQavah shows the relevant reset time when an allowance is reached. Turning a preference off does not cancel your membership. These terms do not promise unrestricted use.
The purchase screen shows the current price in your local currency, billing period and renewal terms before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the applicable App Store rules.
Manage or cancel an Apple-billed subscription in your Apple subscription settings. Refund requests are handled through the applicable purchase channel and your legal rights. Deleting the app or your GoQavah account does not itself cancel the subscription.
You retain ownership of the content you provide. Give GoQavah only information or images you have the right to use. GoQavah handles that content for the services you select and the purposes explained in the Privacy Policy.
Do not harass others, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, access another account or interfere with the security of the service. Choose carefully what you share with other users.
GoQavah may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect people or comply with law. Where appropriate, GoQavah will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support. Restrictions must respect applicable consumer rights.
Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity or service problems. GoQavah will explain material changes affecting a paid service in advance where required, together with any applicable cancellation or refund rights.
These terms do not permit retrospective undisclosed charges or the removal of mandatory consumer protections.
You may stop using GoQavah and request account deletion. The Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion; subscription cancellation remains separate.
